About: Minoru World was a sister company to Blue Fairy; one of the BF sculptors started it, and invented the "Junior Fairy" size, or "Tall Tiny"--it has the same YOSD torso as the Shiny Fairies, but its limbs are longer and its feet are slightly bigger. While Minoru World did sell some Blue Fairy dolls on their website (mostly specials/one-offs), Blue Fairy did not sell MW dolls on their site. Eventually, Minoru World was folded into Blue Fairy, and now the MW sculpts and Junior Fairy body are available as standard dolls on the Blue Fairy website.

About: Another Minoru World-exclusive doll! I think I purchased Royal Riding Ted, but split the purchase with a Den of Angels user located in Austria; she wanted the outfit, and I wanted the doll. I'm not sure you can even buy Ted from Blue Fairy... all of the other MW sculpts seem to have made it, but he's hiding.

About: Blue Fairy made a Shiny version of their famous "May" sculpt, and for unknown reasons, they re-sculpted the Shiny version of May, and the 2nd version of the Shiny May sculpt was so poorly received that Blue Fairy re-sculpted it again and the Shiny May that's available on the website now is the 3rd version of May. All said, this one is the 1st version of May. Fun (?) fact: it is incredibly difficult to find pictures of that 2nd May head!
